Flat Olive went to China!

This past spring break, Flat Olive flew all the way to China. It was pretty cold and windy in Beijing, so it was hard for her to stand in pictures! Sadly, despite traveling 30 hours each way all the way to Asia, Flat Olive seemed to forget to visit any sites besides the Forbidden City. oops.

Flat Olive loved being inside the walls... in the olden days it was only concubines, eunuchs, the emperor and his wife allowed in!

Flat Olive Does NYC!

Last week Flat Olive hung out with Emily Bergland (PC 06) and Amy Nylund (PC 06) at Bergs' apartment in New York!
Flat Olive had a great time checking out the fridge contents, and grubbed all of Will's (my roommate) ice cream. Flat Olive picked out all of the peanut butter chunks. Will was not pleased but I mean, Flat Olive was sneaky and couldn't be stopped.

Then Flat Olive, being the self indulged diva that she is, forced us to be in a photo shoot for her.

I mean, Olive just would NOT take no for an answer...
Relentless.

Then Flat Olive really put salt on the burn when she insisted that Will be in the photoshoot. Will obviously didn't want to because he was already down and out about the peanut butter but Flat Olive used her coy ways to coax him in.

Will took this opportunity to bond with the Alpha Chi's in his life. Will was really into it.

He really cherished these moments with Flat Olive.

I think I owe will some Peanut Butter Swirl Chocolate Ice Cream.

Flat Olive Visits Clemson University!

Morgan (PC 09 Class of 2012) sent Flat Olive to visit her sister Colleen (who is also an Alpha Chi) at Clemson University in South Carolina.  Our sisters at Clemson had so much fun with Olive!

They took her to see the new Harry Potter movie:

Olive's Adventures Continue at USC!

Last Saturday Olive attended the USC vs. ASU game with Lauren and some sister-friends!

Olive visits Ole Miss Law School

This weekend Suzanne (PC08 Class of 2011) visited Rachael (PC08 Class of 2010) at Ole Miss!

We saw a pretty sunset on the plane ride over Atlanta:

Flat Olive visits AXO at USC!

We sent Olive out to visit beautiful Miss Lauren at USC.  Here are their adventures so far:

Last Weekend Olive came with us while we participated in Homecoming Events with Delta Chi. She even made it to the Galen Center to see USC Quarterback Matt Barkley and the World Famous Song Girls at the pre-game pep-rally!

This weekend she is coming with us to the USC vs. ASU football game at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum!

last weekend, olive joined me on a road trip to cortona, italy, where Under the Tuscan Sun was written and filmed...

olive was a fearless navigator.

 we wandered the tiny streets of the small, hillside town,

and got a little bit religious.

olive got kissed by the devil (at the lion's well - a pub in town),

and then things got a little crazy. i mean, she's dancing on the bar! 

then there were flaming lemon drops...

and MORE dancing on the bar! she is quite a handful.

and then she started flirting with marco....

and i had to take her home before he tried to.

the next day.......

we went to the grocery store

and got the most delicious sandwich that has ever been created. focaccia with fresh pesto, fresh mozzerella, sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. it was better than take it away, better than belair, better than riverside, better than any other sandwich place in cville (and that is a HUGELY bold statement for me to make). i mean, we ate 3 of them in one day. and bought 2 to bring back to trieste with us. 

and then we had gelato. hardly even worth mentioning when immediately following the sandwich.
